Clinical: Building Our Content

Our in-house clinical team is comprised of advanced-degreed pharmacists with significant clinical and academic experience. This team performs daily surveillance of FDA and pharmaceutical manufacturer announcements and publications to research findings on new drug availability, new dosage forms, as well as revisions to contraindications, warnings, and other labeling changes. Along with an extensive panel of external clinicians, they participate in a collaborative review process to create and maintain information in our core pharmacology database, as well as the knowledge areas which support the core database.

Production and Support: Delivering Innovative Healthcare Solutions

Working in collaboration with the clinical group is our production team, who constructs and maintains our databases. These database specialists also work closely with our clients to provide valuable training and support. Our IT specialists design and maintain the electronic platforms that deliver our information, and the technical and customer support team is available 7 days a week to answer your questions.
